The four-bed, three-bathroom home was designed by famous father-son architects, Nomland and Nomland. It was built in 1947, but the interiors were renovated in 2012 and span 3,425 square feet. It's easy to see why the property has become so iconic; the horizontal house fuses indoor/ outdoor living, with plenty of space for entertaining and a beautiful swimming pool and spa in the spacious garden.
Kristen is known for investing in real estate, and also owns properties in Silver Lake, Los Angeles, the Soho neighbourhood of New York and in Chilmark on the island of Martha's Vineyard. Click through the gallery to see more of her new home...
