Party season is currently in full swing, and we couldn't be gladder. Another day, another star-studded affair to swoon after, and this time it was the 13th annual Governors' Awards that had us totally hooked.

Created by the Academy's Board of Governors in 2009, the celebration was first established to "balance the desire to truly honour-worthy individuals and avoid the time limitations that the Oscar telecast imposes on these honours".

Margot Robbie turned us green with envy with her one-shoulder cut-out gown by Matthieu Blazy for Bottega Veneta. Only recently, Margot was spotted rocking one of the label's Cassette bags, featuring its trademark Intrecciato woven leather. Is this the beginning of Margot's Bottega Veneta era? Whereas Olivia Wilde, stepping out following her recent split from Harry Styles, pulled out all the stops, and served gothic glam in a layered tulle gown by Erdem. With a black mesh overlay and delicate floral embroidery, the actress and filmmaker's dress had a definite Victoriana feel about it, blended with a 1950s-style circle skirt à la Don't Worry Darling.

Harry could never - or then again, judging by the striking similarity between Olivia's dress and that which he wore for his history-making Vogue cover, perhaps he actually could…
