Celebrity chef Rosemary Shrager's 'bake with a difference': prune and walnut tart

Popular TV chef and food writer Rosemary Shrager is always sharing her cooking tips either at her esteemed cookery school in Tunbridge Wells, on the small screen or in her numerous cookbooks. And now the celebrity chef has shared a sweet prune tart recipe with HELLO! Online, so that our readers can try their hand at the perfect baked dessert.

Rosemary's dish is perfect as an impromptu bake using pantry ingredients. She was looking for a bake with a difference; a richer flavour and creamy taste, making prunes the perfect addition.
