It's no secret that Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall is a big fan of Strictly Come Dancing, and after attending Royal Ascot on Wednesday, she quick-stepped it over to Oxford to show her support for one of its stars.

Camilla joined Strictly judge Craig Revel Horwood for a special gala performance of Strictly Confidential, his exciting new dance show. The musical spectacular is told through the eyes of former contestant Lisa Riley and promises to give theatre audiences across the UK the chance to get up close and personal with some of the stars of the show.

Camilla and Craig have teamed up on a number of occasions. As well as their shared love of dancing, they are both passionate ambassadors for the National Osteoporosis Society; the Duchess acts as president of the charity, while Craig has worked for several years as one of its celebrity patrons.

Camilla first became a supporter in 1994 when her mother died as a result of osteoporosis, and has helped raise money, and the profile of the charity dramatically.

Indeed, Wednesday's special performance helped raise funds for the worthy cause, and Craig greeted his VIP guest warmly as she arrived for the high-octane production. After enjoying all the glitz, glamour and energetic dance routines, the Duchess was invited on stage to meet with the dancers and band members. "I am absolutely delighted that Her Royal Highness joined us this evening as my very special guest," thrilled Craig said afterwards. "She absolutely loved the show and couldn't believe how much talent there was. "I know how much she enjoys Strictly Come Dancing, and I am thrilled that she loved Strictly Confidential.

"All of the profits from tonight’s special gala performance will be donated directly to our charity, the National Osteoporosis Society, which offers support and information to anyone affected by osteoporosis. I first got involved with them because dance is an excellent way to help keep our bones strong and everyone can give it a go. "The Strictly Confidential tour started in Plymouth on 12th June and will travel across England, Wales and Scotland before closing in Leeds on 28th July.
