In an exclusive photoshoot and interview with HELLO! magazine, Georgia Toffolo revealed the secrets behind her stint on The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer. "I was a bit of a car crash, but raising money for such a brilliant cause made it all worthwhile," said the 24-year-old, adding that the show's usually strict judge Paul Hollywood even lent her a hand along the way. "My bake was such a disaster that Paul said: "Just give it to me for a second."

And as far as friendly rivalry goes, "it got really competitive – but mostly between the other three", said Toff of her fellow famous competitors: comedian Joe Wilkinson, former Coronation Street actress Sally Lindsay and broadcaster Jeremy Paxman.

"It was like all the stars had aligned. Not only was I in the tent, which was surreal, but I was spending 48 hours with Jeremy Paxman," said Toff, who has an avid interest in current affairs. "They were all amazing – I don't know whether it was practice or natural ability, but it was something I certainly wasn’t blessed with."

"I spent the two days prancing around the tent. I couldn't believe my luck – it's a lovely thing to do." Sweet stuff aside, there's no denying that Toff is a foodie. "I went on a date the other day and we stopped for food three times – it lasted nine hours," she told us. And, despite the rumours, Toff assured us the lucky man was not her I'm a Celebrity… pal Jack Maynard. "I think because we're so close it does look like we're a couple," she laughed, adding: "I adore him. I'm so glad we met." Toff described herself as "so single", adding: "It doesn't faze me. I love going on dates. They're like social experiments and it's an excuse to get dressed up. Even if you don't get on, it's a funny experience to tell the girls."

Another source of chat for Toff and her pals was the new series of Made in Chelsea, the show on which she found fame. "It was such a wonderful period of my life, but I wouldn't say I miss it because I'm so busy," she said. Since leaving MiC last year, Toff's career has gone from strength to strength. After being crowned Queen of the Jungle, she landed presenting gigs on This Morning and at the National Television Awards, as well as releasing a memoir-style life guide, Always Smiling. Toff also started her own YouTube channel last September, which she created to be a haven of positivity for her followers, and it attracted more than 100,000 subscribers.

Georgia Toffolo spoke to HELLO! about her new YouTube channel

"It's my favourite thing to do. I think YouTube is such a brilliant platform and I’m so excited to concentrate on it this year." When it comes to nastiness online, Toff said: "Having social media does open you up to trolling, and mine is always about my skin. I see comments occasionally about the way I speak but it goes straight over my head. You speak the way you speak and it is a silly thing to judge someone on." Much like HELLO!'s #HelloToKindness campaign, Toff champions the value of kindness. "It's the centre of everything – it’s the answer to most problems," she said. "Social media is such a powerful tool and I would love it to be a hub of celebration rather than focusing on negativity." Speaking of celebrations, Toff also revealed her plans for her 25th birthday bash in October. "I'm going truffle hunting in northern Italy with pigs," she smiles. "I'm going to take over a massive villa with all my friends and eat truffle all weekend."
