Megan Barton-Hanson was renamed ‘Muggy Megan’ on Tuesday night’s Love Island when she set her sights on 20-year-old Wes, causing a shock love split within the villa.The 24-year-old glamour model from Southend-on-Sea trended on Twitter and had everyone talking.
However, we’re talking about the Love Island star for a very different reason - HELLO! has discovered photos of an 18-year-old Megan and she looks completely different. It’s official: The young star has had a beauty overhaul in her quest for stardom.

In exclusive shots obtained by HELLO! we can see Megan out with friends back in 2012, and she looks very different to the Megan we’ve come to know on the award-winning ITV2 show.
Megan can be seen with a natural look, sporting a little polka-dot dress and her long blonde hair is poker straight, and pulled back in a half-up-half-down hairstyle. Nowadays, Megan’s eyebrows are very Cara Delevingne-esque but back in 2012, they were thin and arched - matching the eyebrow trends of that time.

On the show, Megan is known for her megawatt smile, and has mentioned her veneers on a previous Love Island episode. In these photos we can see that her lips are less plump and her teeth are what they were like before the dental work.

On her social media, Megan once shared a video of herself having a non-surgical bum lift, and it is believed she has spent more than £25k on surgery since the age of 14.
